Some new parts sold can be returned within 10 working days of our shippment, providing item(s) returned with telephone authorization. All return items must be in new saleable condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. NOTE: Belts, bands, electical parts, carb items and used items are NOT RETURNABLE....All outside machine shop custom built parts including axles are not returnable. Sorry but any special orders are not returnable as we can not return them.

All parts are sold with the understanding that some of the inventory is USED and other items which may still be NEW can be many years old. This is what the term "NOS" means: New Old Stock. These NOS items will have some dirt, dust or scraches from years of storage. Other items in stock my be new and in new condition.

All returns have 20% restocking fee. Richard Clark makes no warranties, expressed or implied with sale of such goods.
