Before you ask, yes, I know that the Inno Setup v1.1 beta is out. I'm working on it and I'll post a beta as soon as it's ready, so please don't ask. Inno Setup Express (ISE for short) is a front-end for writing install scripts that are used by Jordan Russell's excellent Inno Setup program. I'll just say here that Inno Setup it is a very nice setup builder, and is distributed as freeware with Delphi source code. The only problem I had with it was that I hated editing those pesky script files. That's why I wrote ISE. You will, of course, need the Inno Setup Compiler (v1.09a) to use ISE. |
