I wish I could answer everyone's Delphi questions, but there just aren't that many hours in the day. PLEASE: only email me concerning stuff specific to me. I am happy to get email about my components for bug reports, suggestions, whatever, but I just don't have the time to solve everyone's problem when it doesn't relate to any of my stuff. If you are really convinced that only I can answer your question, try asking on the Delphi mailing list. I help moderate the list, so I will read your question at least one time (when it comes in for approval), and probably twice (when it actually comes through on the list). You'll get a much better response to your question there than you would from just me.
If you are having trouble with one of my components, please send me as much detail as you can about the problem. Please ALWAYS include the version of the component you are using, and the version of Delphi or C++Builder. I try to respond as soon as possible to all emails, but it may take a couple of days.
Don't let any of this deter you from sending me email. I enjoy hearing from people all around the world who find my components useful in some way.
