George was my Best Friend
I met George back in 1985 when he lived on Woodlawn
in Jeffersonville, Indiana.

We met on CB Radio channel # 7 back then,
He made a home made antenna out of wire.

Over the next few years George and I became
good fishing buddies also. Always out fishing me where
ever we went fishing. Always said you just ain't got the right
angle of the dangle.
We went on vacations together at Patoka Lake.

He always got the big ones too....

Then a few years ago George and a few other CB Radio Buddies
started a New CB Club called
"The Rat Packers".
They talked on Channel # 16.
George was very active in his radios, always talking to someone
local or way out in the distance.
With his Frost Bite Beams, and his Saturn Radio.
When shooting skip he always used unit # 69.

George always like the Big Boat Races at Madison Indiana Regatta
during the fourth of July weekend.

"Miss Budweiser" 1987
Was always his favorite boat.

To George ( Big Daddy ), we will miss him very much
and wish all could have known him for he was truly a special guy.
A loving father, and friend, taken from us all in this life,
but he is never far from any of us,
for he is in our hearts forever.

Your Buddy forever
Ron ( Boss Man )

Dedicated To PR-2

George, we will all miss you, your wit, your laughter,
your friendship, and your love for company.
It seemed as though there were always two
or three friends at your house when I came by.

 THE MAJOR OF JEFFERSONVILLE, RP#2

which is know retired, and shall forever be held as
sacred, and shall only be spoken with Honor and Dignity.
If not for you this group of 14
would not have known each other, and there families.
You have brought people together no matter
where you went, sometimes not through common avenues, but always bringing people into your heart. Good-bye Old Friend,
We Shall All Miss You.

Good-bye.
