Dear Friends, Please pray for the following: 1. Kevin Walker - Three year old boy who has swelling on neck, possible growth, cancer. May have biopsy done today. 2. Noble Struthers - Former drug dealer who was saved in the early spring but appears to be backslidding in to former ways. 3. Sherene Struthers - Also backslidding into former ways. She has always claimed to have a relationship with the Lord but has continually pulled Noble backwards spiritually. 4. Roy White - Severe substance abuser who most likely is lost spiritually. 5. Tina White - A new Christian who is having to put up with Roy, Noble, and Sherene. 6. Please pray for me, Ed Wrather, that I may be able to resist the enemy and minister in these situations as the Lord would have me to. Thank you for your prayers they are greatly appreciated! Please pray that God will bring my wife and kids back to me. My wife (Linda) left me July 30, 1997. She is living with her sister one hundred miles away. The sister hates me and has a strong hold on my wife. God is not mentioned in this house. I have been in torement day and night since Linda left. I am saved but I don't think my wife is. I need peace in my heart and mind so I can look to God more clearly. Linda told me the other day she was going to divorce me.

I want God to be glorified in me, in my husband, in our marriage and in the ministry He has laid upon our hearts to bring forth.

Dear Friends in Christ, This is an update on my sons Emrick and Jonathan. First I want to say thank you so much to all of the prayer warriors who have joined with me in prayer for my sons. I will talk about Emrick first, he was touched by the Holy Spirit on Saturday night and came and woke me up at 2:00AM to pray with him, he went to church with us on Sunday and brought a friend with him, He has a gift of singing and was asked to sing and did so beautifully. Praise God for I know it is a direct result of answered prayer but please continue to hold him up in your prayers as he tries to change his life and overcome the powers of darkness. Jonathan is still in great need of prayer, he seems to be pulling away from his family and is hanging out more and more with a bad element, he left the apartment he and Emrick were sharing and is staying with a bad crowd of people, please continue to pray in earnest for him. Please pray for a healing between me, my daughter Amanda, my ex-fiance Toni, and my mother Mary. Please we all will seek Christ's will and do it. Please pray for my sons Emrick and Jonathan. They both have additions to drugs and alcohol which is destroying their lives. They also have a bad element hanging out at their apartment. Please pray that The Lord will give them The wisdom and desire to choose Godly friends and deliver them from anyone with an ungodly character. Pray that the Lord would thwart any plan Satan has to destroy their lives through alcohol and drugs and to take away anything in their personalities that would be drawn to these substances. Please pray for Rich Holmes, a young Christian man who has jusr been diagnosed with inoperable cancer of the pancreas. He has a wife, Theresa, and two children. This particular type of cancer is very malignant and very aggressive.

Would you please pray for my wife and myself to be able to go through this temporary valley. We have serious physical limitations and constant pain that prevent us from working our regular jobs to bring in needed survival funds. Our radio ministry continues in syndication of past programs with many of the guest interviews found online at : http://members.tripod.com/~BillJanaeCooksey/Interviews.html. But, our free phonics/reading classes on the Internet to hundreds of students worldwide will be cut off the end of September unless by the Grace of God we find the finances to pay two months back rent, the current phone bill and daily expenses. We know that our God works through the prayers of His saints. He can make a way where there is no way. If He chooses we return to living in our car, then we will try to be obedient and praise Him in all things. We want to be in His Will in everything we do. Your prayers will make the difference. Emergency prayer request. Family needs our love, prayers, and moral support. Their son has been born with several birth defects, he has a cleft lip and palate, and is hearig impaired. Due to several set backs this family is facing several problems now. Most of all we want to help them save their home. We need to have money into their mortgage company by Sept 26 or their home and everthing they own will be gone. Let's help this family keep their home and have a place for their son to live. Please let's stand and bow before our Heavenly Father and open our hearts to this family in serious need of help. They truly don't need anymore heartaches. I am requesting prayer for Adrienne and Thomas. They are just married and have moved to a new area of the country. They are both looking for work. Please pray that they are able to obtain gainful employment. I know that Adrienne is beginning to get discouraged. Their financial reserves are dwindling rapidly. Both are very conscientious and hard-working - it's just a matter of an opportunity occurring. I know God can help! Thanks.

My prayer request is for a healthy baby. I am due in December. I have one daughter already who is 6. She was also born in december. Four years ago I was diagnosed with severe panic and anxiety attacks. My husband and daughter have really been supportive. With me unable to work I feel like a real burden. I am asking Christian families out there who may have a daughter who has outgrown size 6 clothes, or newborn clothes or any type of toys for Christmas and would not mind passing them down.
