Our package price will be a guaranteed sum for labor (if we are erecting for you) and materials for all rough framing from slab through roof sheathing.  This has a couple of advantages, namely cost overruns produced by misuse of materials and incorrect estimates are eliminated.  It also prevents delays produced by having to wait for a delivery by a lumber yard, which saves both time and money.

Our package includes panelized walls and we also pre-cut most other materials before they arrive on the job.  No one else to our knowledge sends out pre-cut floor joists and roof sheathing.  This has a couple of advantages.   Panelization and pre-cutting materials virtually eliminates waste and pilferage which will save you money.  We have yet to lose a wall panel to theft.  I addition, producing panels and pre-cutting materials in a controlled enviroment yields a higher quality product that spends much less time exposed to the elements.  It also saves a substantial amount of framing time on the site compared with stick framing, and as we all know, time is money.

Because we will erect what we sell, any mistakes that may be made will not be your worry, they will be ours.  This will save you time and money

Because we panelize and pre-cut materials, most details will be worked out before we arrive on site.  Our staff will work with you, the architect, and the engineer in order to work out any mistakes in the plans.  This way there will be fewer discrepencies in the field that could slow production.  Any mistakes caught early enough can be a very substantial savings.
